Jeffrey J Marotta, PhD

President, Senior Consultant

Dr. Marotta is an internationally known problem gambling and responsible gaming expert. He serves as President and Senior Consultant with Problem Gambling Solutions, Inc., Chief Scientific Officer with Evive, Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the Oregon Problem Gambling Council, and Provisional Graduate Faculty at Pacific University College of Health Professions. Dr. Marotta has a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno and is a Internationally Certified Gambling Counselor - II.

Glenn Yamagata, MPhil

Vice President of Data Science and Economic Analysis, Senior Consultant

Glenn Yamagata has more than 26 years of experience in leveraging data to inform public policy and help companies effectively manage and utilize their data assets. He has spent the last 8 years working on problem gambling issues and has co-authored more than 15 presentations, reports, and papers. He has an MPhil. in Economics and an MA in Statistics from Yale University. He is on the Board of Directors of Voices of Problem Gambling Recovery, Inc.

Paige Vazquez, PhD

Research Scientist

Paige is a Research Scientist at PGS, Inc. and co-owner and clinical outpatient mental health provider at BLOOM Psychological Services. Paige completed a PhD in clinical psychology from Pacific University in Hillsboro, OR in 2023 with an emphasis in Latino/x psychology.

Paige has worked in behavioral and cognitive research for six years and is particularly passionate about culturally responsive and community-engaged research methodology. She worked with Dr. Marrota since 2021, assisting with and leading problem gambling research projects.

Brooke Reynolds, M.S.

Research Assistant

Brooke is a research assistant at PGS, Inc. and a doctoral student at Pacific University. Brooke has worked in behavioral and cognitive research for eight years and is particularly interested in promoting successful outcomes for forensic populations and high-risk individuals

Eric Chestolowski, M.S.


Research Assistant

Eric is a research assistant at PGS, Inc. and a doctoral student at Pacific University. Eric has worked in behavioral and cognitive research for 4 years and is passionate about using science to advance clinical practice with high-risk populations. Eric is particularly interested in working with justice-involved individuals to prevent maladaptive behaviors and reduce the cycle of crime
